Victory Church accepts the Holy Bible
as the revealed will of God
and sufficient as a guide to live by
1. INSPIRED SCRIPTURE – The Bible is the inspired word of God. (2Tim 3:15-17)
2. ONE TRUE GODHEAD – The triune godhead is comprised of 3 separate personalities; Father, Son and the Holy Spirit.
3. MAN, HIS FALL & REDEMPTION – Man was created good, by voluntary transgression, man fell and mankind’s only hope for redemption is in Jesus Christ. (Romans 5:12-21)
4. THE SALVATION OF MAN – On the cross, by shedding his blood, Jesus provided salvation from sin. (Romans 10:8-10)
5. BAPTISM IN WATER – This symbolizes a new life in Jesus. (Matt 28:19)
6. THE LORD’S SUPPER – We partake in communion in remembrance of what Jesus suffered for us. (Luke 22:19-20)
7. THE PROMISE OF THE FATHER – Believers are entitled to and should seek the promise of the Father; the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. (Luke 24:49)
8. THE CHURCH – The church is the body of Christ; each believer is an intricate part of that body. (Eph 1:22, Eph 2:19-22)
9. GIVING – The way to receive God’s blessings is by giving. (Luke 6:38)
10. BLESSED HOPE – Jesus is coming again! (Matt 24:29-31)
11. THE LAKE OF FIRE– Those who do not accept Christ will suffer eternal separation from God. (Rev 19:20, Rev 20:10-15)
12. RIGHTEOUSNESS – The evidence of a holy life is based upon the condition of one’s heart toward God. (1Cor 6:19)
