Gary Miracle is the founder and Apostle of Victory International Fellowship, an international network of churches and ministries. He ministers in crusades, leadership training, and church planting. He has preached in Kenya, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Nigeria, Russia, and Jamaica along with his preaching in America.
